Magical magnificent Tulsi
Tulsi is in the basil family, and is an esteemed Indian herb also known as Tulasi and “holy basil”. This Tulsi blend is delicately floral and peppery. I think it is one of the most magical and magnificent herbs, and is an adaptogen meaning it is fortifying and resilience-building for the body. Traditionally it helps with mental alertness and makes a soothing gargle for colds.
Brew snuggled in a tea cosy for 10 minutes and top-up for a second cup of magic.
Why I love it
I just adore the flavour of Tulsi. I use two varieties of the plant which are floral and peppery. One sip and you’ll be hooked too.
