A relaxing blend (five tea bags)
Our Silent Night blend was created at Christmas to help you get ready for Santa – hence the name. But it is so popular we’ve kept it as it is. It is a delicate blend of chamomile, passionflower, lavender and valerian. These are all herbs traditionally used to help relaxation and to aid sleep. Inhale deeply too to enjoy the benefits of the essential oils in the lavender.
The blend contains whole flower heads which trap more of the oils so brew for at least 10 minutes. You will experience the aroma of valerian which is a bit earthy as you open the pack. This is completely normal!
Why I love it
The tea is very delicate and does not sit heavy in the tummy before bed.
