Top your tin back up with this refill to invigorate more of your days with these gorgeous spices. Great as a morning pick-me-up or good for digestive support as some of these herbs are used traditionally for that purpose. The main spices of ginger, turmeric and galangal are all in the ginger family of plants and come from the rhizome. Turmeric is a revered Ayurvedic herb known as ”The Golden Goddess”, and along with ginger contains fragrant oils, bitters and some starch.
Brew snuggled in a pot for 10 minutes. This is one I top up 2 or 3 times.
Why I love it
The tea is fragrant and spicy, and I use it as a morning breakfast tea to feel awake without the caffeine.
