A trio of refreshing mints
Mint is one of the most popular herbal tea flavours. Wake up your senses with the aromatic menthol and essential oils from the three mints in this blend. Mint is traditionally used to help digestion.
Brew for 5-10 minutes – this blend contains the leaves so will brew-up a bit more quickly. Top up with boiling water for a delicious second cup or leave to cool and drink cold during the day.
Why I love it
The tea is light and minty and leaves your mouth feeling fresh. The blend contains Mentha arvensis or field mint which has such a subtle minty flavour, and is a gorgeous mint to grow too.

Field mint, peppermint, spearmint, lemon balm, marigold, liquorice root.
