An uplifting citrus blend
A few people asked for a lemon tea and I’m always happy to create bespoke blends. I selected a range of lemon herbs that are edible. Here we are – a beautiful citrus herbal blend to lift the spirits. It includes lemon myrtle which is symbolic of love and good luck.
Brew snuggled in a tea cosy for 10 minutes. Have as a hot tea or leave to cool for a refreshing drink.
Why I love it
This blend has a lovely honey tinge behind the lemon. Lemon is nice and refreshing at breakfast time.
Ingredients
Ingredients: Lemon myrtle, lemon verbena, lemon balm, citrus lemon and orange, fennel and liquorice.
