A nourishing blend
This is an earthy-tasting blend of springtime herbs. Nettle is a great nourisher containing vitamins and iron, and dandelion is also used traditionally as a cleansing herb in the spring months. This tea was a request of my husband who challenged me to blend something to taste like his favourite canned drink, and I hope this tea honours that.

I like this one as a boosting breakfast time drink. Brew snuggled in a tea cosy for 10 minutes. This is one I top up 2 or 3 times throughout the day.

Why I love it
The tea is earthy with a tinge of aniseed. It is nourishing at any time of the day.

Ingredients
Nettle leaf, dandelion leaf, aniseed, turmeric, hibiscus flower.
